- Each session will be for 50 minutes (30 minutes for SLT) or as per given schedule & should not be extended by the Client or Therapist without prior approval from the Management of Centre.
- Client should be timely available at the Centre for in-person sessions or on Zoom/ agreed virtual domain for online sessions.
- For online sessions, clients should ensure there is privacy at their end during the session and there are no distractions so that a therapeutic virtual space can be created.
- For in-person sessions conducted with a minor (child) client, a parent/guardian must be present at the Centre for the duration of the sessions.
- Fee should be paid at least 24 hours in advance of the session or on an advance monthly basis. Payments made less than 24 hours before the session will lead to the session being rescheduled for the next given time.
- All sessions are to be scheduled/rescheduled through the Admin, and not directly with the therapist.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation of sessions should be done at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session to avoid cancellation charges. Such cancellations would be considered once a month only, exempting any emergency situation.
Clients that do not show up to the session after confirming their availability with the Admin will have their session considered as a no-show and will be charged.
If a session is cancelled due to a Valid Emergency (kindly refer to Fee Structure Policy) the client will be offered to schedule a make up session with the therapist before their next scheduled session. This is to ensure continuity of therapeutic progress as lapses in therapy often result in therapeutic goals being hindered.
Informed Consent (Client):
I, the client understand that the information discussed within session will remain confidential and secure, except for the following conditions ONLY:
– When I waive my right to privacy and give written consent to release information.

*please note that in case you decide to end therapy and not respond to counselor messages/ emails, the Admin/Finance team will only make a call/ send a prompt/ text message / email once as follow-up. No further contact will be initiated from the counselor’s end to show respect for client’s decision, and that should not be interpreted as a lack of interest or care from the counselor.
