Aysha S. Jamall is the Co-Founder and Chief Care Officer of Centre of Inclusive Care in Karachi, Pakistan. Aysha is a UK CPCAB Certified Psychotherapist, Supervisor to Psychotherapists and a Remedial Therapist (U.K Dyslexia Action, Reads-Hornsby) by profession. She has more than fifteen years of experience in Education Management and is one of the pioneers in setting up a Special Needs Department in a reputed school in Karachi.
Aysha was awarded for her Valuable Contribution Towards Raising Awareness & Advocacy for The Equal & Inalienable Rights, Elimination of Discrimination & Inclusion of Persons with Disability in Mainstream Society on World Disability Day in 2014 by Dar-ul-Sukoon. She has numerous published works, such as her essay on the Importance of Mental Health of Students published by Pakistan Association of Mental Health in October 2011.
Other projects that she has initiated are: Project Imdad – free counselling for frontline healthcare workers during the Covid-19 pandemic, Project Rehma – training well-being officers to employ mental health support amongst underprivileged communities, and The Grower’s Circle – a membership-based initiative to provide professional development opportunities for mental health professionals in Pakistan.
Aysha has always felt the need for collaborative work in her community. It is her belief that the impact that comes from working with a social model in mind creates a ripple effect which compels us to show curiosity about human potential.

Fareeha Syeda Ziyan
Fareeha Syeda Ziyan is a Remedial Therapist and Head of the Special Education Needs department at Centre of Inclusive Care. She has a vast range of experience providing academic and social support to students with various needs such as Autism, Dyslexia, Dyscalculia, Dysgraphia and ADHD to aid their integration into mainstream schools. Fareeha specializes in areas that facilitate academic inclusion, such as: curriculum differentiation, resource creation, IEP development and staff training in schools. Before joining CIC, Fareeha worked in multiple ‘Outstanding’ ranked SEN departments in various international schools in UAE. Fareeha has a Bachelors with Honours degree in Psychology from Excelsior University New York and is currently pursuing a Masters degree in Special and Additional Learning Needs from the University of East London.
In 2021, Fareeha embraced the role of Senior Holistic Care Officer, where she holistically supervises and contributes to the operations of CIC, including: policy & procedure development, case management, enforcement of ethical practice, collaboration with external organizations, and social media presence.
Nirmal Niazi

Nirmal Niazi
Nirmal Niazi is an accomplished Clinical Psychologist with experience in psychotherapy, assessments, training, and research.
She specializes in psychological assessments and psychotherapy, utilizing evidence-based therapies such as CBT, DBT, and ACT to address clients’ mental health challenges and promote their well-being. Her expertise spans a range of therapeutic interventions, ensuring comprehensive care for her clients.
Up till date, she has completed 350+ assessment batteries. The diligence and thoroughness of the assessment process, as well as the post-assessment support, has rendered Nirmal’s services as one of the most preferred in the field.
Some of the tests she is qualified to administer are: Weschler intelligence tests, WRAT, TONI, VABS, Executive functioning assessment, 16 PF and NEO-PI-3, MMPI (both in English and Urdu versions), and PAI, to name a few.
Nirmal also has experience running assessment centers for corporate organizations for the purposes of talent development. Additionally, due to her knowledge of the field, Nirmal has collaborated with esteemed institutions such as KDSP and Aga Khan University to provide workshops and trainings regarding Assessments and Early Intervention to mental health professionals, educators, and parents.

Aamna Zuberi is a Clinical Psychologist at the Centre of Inclusive Care.
She holds an M.Phil. in Clinical Psychology from the Institute of Professional Psychology, Bahria University, where now she is also fulfilling her role as a Lecturer (Visiting Faculty).
She is a member of the Pakistan Association of Clinical Psychologists (PACP) and works with an integrative approach; with a diverse population including children, adolescents, young adults, and adults. Her work experience extensively covers psychological assessment, counselling, psychotherapy, trainings and workshops, as well as research.

Juveriah Furrukh is an Educational Psychologist at the Centre of Inclusive Care.
She has completed her Masters in Arts in Psychology and Education from the University of Warwick and has completed the certificate course from the CPPD counselling school. She has also attended short trainings in Play Therapy and Family Art Therapy.
Juveriah is part of the Special Education Needs team at CIC, where she practices Remedial Therapy. Her interests lie in working with children with special needs, and she is an advocate of inclusion.
Additionally, Juveriah is the Project Manager for The Grower’s Circle – an endeavor by CIC to bring professional development opportunities to mental health professionals in Pakistan.

Ali Abbas is a psychotherapist with an MS in Clinical Psychology. Her forte is working as a counselor and facilitator for soft-skill trainings at organizations of repute.
Mrs. Mir is an avid learner; has had extensive training from trainers of international repute in the areas of workshop facilitation, gender related training, counseling, abuse, crisis and trauma intervention and conducting support group programs. She has been conducting workshops and support groups for both men and women of various age and socio-economic groups for over a period of fifteen years.
Mrs. Mir’s area of specialty is self-development, stress management, anger management and understanding gender related issues. Mrs. Mir also offers counseling services on individual basis to both men and women of varied ages and socio-economic status. She enjoys an excellent reputation for these services among a large number of her clients. Her training and practice have added to her nature of building helping relationships and are of a great service to her community.
