Aysha S. Jamall is the Co-Founder and Chief Care Officer at the Centre of Inclusive Care. A Psychotherapist and Remedial Therapist by profession she has more than fifteen years of experience in Education Management apart from running projects promoting inclusion in the city. She is also one of the pioneers in setting up a Special Needs Department in a reputed school in Karachi. Aysha has always felt the need for collaborative work in her community. It is her belief that the impact that comes from working with a social model in mind creates a ripple effect which compels us to show curiosity about human potential. She feels privileged to have a team who shares her dream to work with systems that can bring about change.

M. Ejaz is Manager of Operations and Finance at CIC.
He has done B.B.A in Accounting and Finance from Preston University, Karachi.
He has a vast experience in the field of finance and management both in Pakistan and abroad particularly through being a consultant in U.A.E from 2002 until 2018.

Nirmal is a clinical psychologist at Center of Inclusive Care. She has done her M.Phil in Clinical Psychology from Bahria University. Nirmal takes a very scientific approach to assessing, diagnosis and intervention planning in her work, and believes that bringing in the client individuality and creativity are essential for the healing process.
Beyond the clinical practices Nirmal is currently pursuing her PhD. degree in mental health at Institute
of Professional Psychology, Bahria University.
She is a follower of Integrative psychotherapy with inclination towards Positive Psychology and
Gestaltian school of thought which is reflected in her teaching methodology as well as her research
with an amalgamation of spiritual ideologies with scientific understanding of human psyche. This
interest led her to pursue a certification in Hypnotherapy and Neuro-Linguistic Programming.
She believes in the human potential and helping individuals reach it by working through their inner
conflicts and building on their existing strengths.

Hira, our Head of OT, has completed her Bachelors in Occupational therapy from JPMC and her Doctorate degree from Ziauddin University. Hira takes the holistic and functional approach of Occupational therapy in her work, and believes that each person has the capacity to act on his/her own behalf to achieve a better state of health through Occupation.

Faizan has done his MBA from Szabist, and is currently doing his Advanced Diploma Level 5 Course in counseling (CPCAB). Faizan believes that individuals feel safe and responsive when they are held with care, seen with love, spoken with softness, and touched with gentleness. It stimulates their senses, releases their inner tension and elicits the energy to creatively explore life as it means to them. Empathic play in the realm of counseling has greatly captured Faizan’s interest. He believes that through play and mirroring, a child discovers his authentic, spontaneous and autonomous self. Being a great dancer himself, Faizan also uses the medium of dance and music in his work.

Currently doing her thesis, Sarah is completing her MSc in Applied Psychology from Middlesex University. She has also done a certificate course in Humanistic Integrative Counselling from CPPD and is a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) from the BACB. Along with her studies, Sarah has been working as a CLM (Competent Learner Model) instructor in Dubai for the past two years while being trained to become an ABA therapist. With a focus on children with ASD and their families, Sarah has been working in this field since the past seven years. For Sarah, providing a safe space for her kiddos is the most important aspect of her work. She believes children need to feel accepted and respected for who they really are in order to grow into strong and independent individuals. And along with that safe space, add in loads of playing and singing and dancing and see how that little kid learns and grows!

Fareeha Syeda Ziyan
Fareeha Syeda Ziyan is a Remedial Therapist and Head of the Special Education Needs department at Centre of Inclusive Care. She has a vast range of experience providing academic and social support to students with various needs such as Autism, Dyslexia, Dyscalculia, Dysgraphia and ADHD to aid their integration into mainstream schools. Fareeha specializes in areas that facilitate academic inclusion, such as: curriculum differentiation, resource creation, IEP development and staff training in schools.
Before joining CIC, Fareeha worked in multiple ‘Outstanding’ ranked SEN departments in international schools such as GEMS Wellington International School Dubai and The Arbor School Dubai. Fareeha has a Bachelors with Honours degree in Psychology from Excelsior College New York and is currently pursuing a Masters degree in Special and Additional Learning Needs from the University of East London.

Amna Allauddin is a Clinical Psychologist. She works with an integrative and interactive approach with a diverse population including children, adolescents, adults, and older people. Her work experience extensively covers dealing with trauma and well-being, depression and anxiety, Stress, anger and other mental health related issues through Counselling, Psychotherapy and research.

Juveriah Furrukh is an Educational Psychologist at the Centre of Inclusive Care. She has completed her Masters in Arts in Psychology and Education from the University of Warwick and has completed the certificate course from the CPPD counselling school. She has also attended short trainings in Play Therapy and Family Art Therapy. She is part of the Special Education Needs team at CIC.
Her interests lie in working with children with special needs and is an advocate of inclusion. She has worked in the administration department at CIC, as well as has interned in summer camps and group sessions. She is also part of CIC Team of Trainers that Train teachers and parents. In addition to this Juveriah also works as a project manager on special projects with CIC.

Fatma has experience of over a year in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia as a Speech Language Therapist. She is also one of the co-founders and directors of Family Educational Services Foundation, a development organisation, with over 30+ years of leadership experience within a global environment.
As a mental health professional, Anita has extensive experience as a private practitioner as well as in working in a therapeutic multi-disciplinary environment. She is a Clinical Supervisor for therapy professionals and students and teaches a graduate diploma course in integrative counselling.
Anita also designs and delivers training and workshops for Youth, parents, educationists, and corporate professionals. Lina Millwala is a CPPD qualified humanistic integrative counsellor. She is also is a UK qualified teacher from Trent Park College of Education, London. Lina has been involved in counselling mothers in early years child development and learning. Her experience as an educationalist includes setting up a pre-nursery and running it for 30 years, including teaching & training. She launched a pilot project with Karachi Down Syndrome Programme and subsequently they established an independent pre-nursery for Down Syndrome Children. She offers parental guidance sessions at CIC in order to help parents build strong and supportive relationships with their children. She speaks fluent English, Arabic , Urdu and Gujrati .

Sadaf Mulji has 5 years of experience working with clients as a mental health practitioner. She has an Advanced Diploma in Humanistic Integrative Counseling from (CPPD), as well as a Diploma in Mind Sciences, Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), Silva and Certificate in Hypnosis from (NGH-USA).
Sadaf works with attachment trauma, anxiety, depression, anger management, using interventions of mindfulness, meditation, trauma releasing exercises (TRE) and breath work.
Her counseling philosophy begins and ends with grace and the willingness to enter into an individual’s experience alongside them, giving them the acceptance and allowing them to be the best version of themselves. Mrs. Naila Mir is a Consultant Psychologist at CIC. She has done her Masters in Behavioral Sciences with specialization in counseling. Her forte’ is working as a counselor and facilitator for soft-skill trainings at organizations of repute. She is consulting presently as a stress counselor for UNMOGIP for their local and international staff.
Her last assignment was at NU-FAST and earlier on at Centre for Counseling and Career Advisory (C3A) at NUST; where she was involved in counseling staff, teaching faculty and students. She contributed at both universities by conducting awareness raising workshops, support groups, orientations and professional trainings for the community. She frequents Professional Development Center (PDC) at NUST even now as a facilitator/trainer with experience of working with diverse topics and groups.
She has been conducting regular interactive trainings for the senior staff of COMSATS University and experienced teaching faculty cohorts at CRSS (PACE). She is been the visiting faculty at NU-FAST, facilitating sessions at PAF Finishing School, Al-Huda International and Attock Refinery.
Mrs. Mir is an avid learner; has had extensive training from trainers of international repute in the areas of workshop facilitation, gender related training, counseling, abuse, crisis and trauma intervention and conducting support group programs. Apart from her practice, Aysha has also worked as a school counsellor, a University Lecturer, and an Advanced Level Psychology Instructor.

Haleema has worked at CIC for over 3 years as the Admin Operations Assistant.
She is responsible for all the scheduling and coordination done at the centre.
She has completed her ICS as well as a diploma in computer web designing, and is now going to pursue her BSc Degree.
